We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our clients’ needs. However, cancellations do impact our business, and as such, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.
